The Mackay Visitor Information Centre, situated at 320 Nebo Road, near the City Gates, provides a range of services to people visiting the region. Tour and accommodation bookings can be arranged and a wide range of souvenirs caters for all needs. Visitors can relax in the lounge area, while perusing some of the many brochures and maps available. They may prefer to watch the region's latest TV promotion, while enjoying our gourmet coffee, also in the comfort of the Information Centre's lounge. If in the city centre, why not stop in at our Town Hall Visitor Information Centre, located in Sydney Street or if travelling through the Pioneer Valley, say hello to the staff and volunteers at the Melba House Visitor Information Centre in Marian.
